Cochrane Home Inventory Continues to Climb.

As of the end of September 2025, Cochrane home sales inventory continues to increase; a typical pre-cursor to a changing market.

While home prices continue to climb ever so slightly (i.e. + 1% higher than this time last year), inventory is up by 83% over this time last year; the result being that homes are taking longer to sell.
