Strong February Sales Help Buoy Cochrane Housing Market

Increased home sales in February helped to consume some of the excess inventory currently found in town.As expected, the 'Spring Market' (i.e. which has already begun) helped to buoy pricing and slide us ever so slightly into a 'Balanced Market' (i.e. when Buyers & and Sellers have equal negotiating power).
